As part of our EU project “Personal Green Skills in Higher Education”, we would like to invite you to actively participate in the development of an innovative course to promote sustainability skills among students at Bachelor level. We are looking for five committed lecturers per university to work with us to design a blended-intensive 3-ECTS course that will have a lasting impact on students.
The course combines the flexibility of digital learning formats with the depth of five intensive face-to-face courses at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences. It is aimed at an international, interdisciplinary group of 25 students (5 students per partner university) and is designed to be interactive, practical and future-oriented. The main aim of the course will be to provide students with an understanding of the causes and the complexity of man-made climate change, with the underlying assumption that the acquisition of that knowledge will have a positive impact on the students’ personal behaviour in favour of the SDGs. Therefore, the course will primarily deal with the most important scientific concepts of climate change but follow an interdisciplinary approach.
